· Gov Nixon "Silent" on funding for Metro – Today House Bill 22 was defeated in the Missouri House of Representatives. The bill included, among other things, $12 million in funding for Metro. -

· AT&T Wants to Discontinue White Pages – AT&T Missouri has requested permission from regulators to stop producing a white pages telephone book in Kansas City and St. Louis. -

· No Helmet bill passes Missouri Legislature – The Missouri Legislature approved a bill which, if Governor Nixon signs, will allow motorcycle riders 21 and over to ride without a helmet on all roads except interstate highways. -
